Tessavique™ reviews eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after the recorded delivery date.
Returned products should generally be unused, clean, complete, and free from damage occurring after receipt.
Original packaging, manuals, protective covers, cables, adapters, mounting pieces, and accessories should be included where available.
Customers must contact the store and obtain the applicable return instructions before sending an item.
Tessavique™ is operated by Quanzhou Yizinian Trading Co., Ltd.
The request should identify the order, product, and reason for return. Photographs may be required when the concern involves breakage, missing parts, an incorrect item, visible damage, or a possible production issue.
Products that have been permanently installed, modified, cut, marked, disassembled, or damaged during setup may not qualify for a preference-based return. Opened consumable cleaning supplies and products identified as final sale may also be excluded where permitted.
These limitations do not remove applicable remedies for goods delivered damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order.
Products damaged through overloading, unstable placement, dropping, liquid exposure, incorrect voltage, unsuitable adapters, excessive tightening, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow instructions may be ineligible for return.
After an approved return is received and inspected, the matter may be resolved through a refund, replacement, or another appropriate remedy. Return transportation may remain the customer’s responsibility when the request results from preference, incorrect measurements, device incompatibility, or unsuitable product selection.
